• Notes

  Death of Mrs. Huehn An aged and respected resident of the County passed away near Rumelhardt on Sunday in the person of Elizabeth Huehn at the advanced age of 80 years, 9 months and 17 days. Deceased was born in Germary but had been a resident of this county for many years. Her husband predeceased her. Three sons and three daughters survive, viz; George and Henry of Wellesley Tp., William of Wilmot Centre and Catherine (Mrs. Boeckner), St. Jacobs, Maggie (Mrs. Bowman) Preston and Mary (Mrs. Geo. Rahn) near Waterloo and also nineteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. The funeral took place Wedneslay at 9.30 .m. from the residence of Mr. Geo. Rahn near Rumelhardt to the Erbsville Lutheran church and cemetery for service and interment. The Chronicle Telegraph 18 May 1911, p. 5
