- GIVE ABSOLUTE DECREES:
Decrees absolute were given in the cases of Albert Charles Wadell vs. Pearl Wadell, sometimes known as Pearl McKinnon, and Lawrence Edward McKinnon; Arnold Koch vs. Viola May Koch and William Stephens; Joy Evelyn Dines vs. George James Dines and Faith Symons; Emma Hulda Weppler vs. Frederick Conrad Weppler and Helen Dargel.
Court officials did not know today when cases scheduled for hearing on this docket, but not reached owing to pressure of time, would be disposed of.
"I presume it depends a great deal on the facilities for disposing of them and on the inclinations of the parties involved to. bring the cases to judgment," observed Sheriff G. H. Gillies.
