Henry Brubacher Dies Suddenly Sunday Evening

The sudden and unexpected death of Mr. Henry Brubacher occurred at his home on Frederick street at 11.45 o'clock last night. The cause of death was heart failure. The deceased attended a funeral near Bloomingdale during the afternoon, and had visited at the home of friends during the early part of the evening. Before retiring he complained of suffering a pain in the side, and after he had slept for a short time he informed Mrs. Brubacher that he was extremely weak, and shortly after he collapsed and expired.

The late Mr. Brubacher was in his 61st year and was born on the old Brubacher farm near the House of Refuge, his father being the late Henry Brubacher. He was married to Miss Lena Stauffer, who survives. The funeral will take place on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the residence to the East End Mennonite church and cemetery.
