    • Mrs. Jennie Douglas

      A life-long resident of Galt, Mrs. Jennie Douglas, 90, died Wednesday, at St, Joseph's Hospital, Guelph. Born in North Dumfries Township, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Milroy. She was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Galt and a former member of Central Dumfries Women's Institute. Her husband, William, died in 1916. Survivors include one son, Floyd, three daughters, Mrs. Walter (Gladys) Pratt, Mrs. Hugh (Bessie) McDonald and Miss Mamie, one brother, William and one sister, Mrs. R. J. Veitch, all of Galt and two grandchildren. The body is at the Little Funeral Home, Galt, where the funeral will be conducted Friday, at 3: 30 p.m. Rev. R. A. Jackson will officiate. Burial will be in Mount View Cemetery, Galt.
