    • Rev. J. E. Lynn

      Rev. J. E. Lynn, a retired United Church clergyman, died last Thursday in the Kitchener and Waterloo Hospital after an illness of about a year. He had been in the hospital but two weeks. Deceased, who was born at Kilsyth, Ont., was in his 82nd year and retired from active ministry in 1907. Prior to church union he was for a number of years pastor of the Baden Presbyterian church. Fifty-four years ago he married Miss Rachael Ida Bowman, of West Montrose, who with a daughter, Lida, survives. A brother, Robert, of Owen Sound, also survives. The funeral was held Saturday afternoon from Trinity United church, Kitchener. Interment was made in woodland Cemetery.
