  NOTICE TO CREDITORS In the Estate of Otto Heubach and Anna Heubach Deceased: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Statutes of Ontario, that all creditors and others having claims against the Estate of Otto Heubach, late of the Township of Waterloo, in the county of Waterloo, Gentleman, deceased, who died on or about the 29th day of September, 1915, and Anna Heubach, his widow, who died on or about the 10th day of May, 1926, are required to send by post prepaid, or deliver to Joseph Grosz, 43 Menno Street, Waterloo, Ont., surviving Executor of the Estate of the said deceased, their names in full, with their addresses, and descriptions and full particulars of their claims, and statements of the security, if any, held by them, on or before the 15th-day of November, 1926. The said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to claims of which he shall then have received notice, and will not be liable for the assets to any person of whose claim tre shall not then have received notice: Dated the 20th day of October, JOSEPH GROSZ, 43 Menno St., Waterloo, Ont.
