    • Annie Harper King

      GALT, Annie Harper King, RR 1, Preston, died Monday, at South Waterloo Hospital. Miss King was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James King. She was born in Dickie Settlement and moved to RR 1, Preston, in 1963. She was a member of Central Presbyterian Church and a long-time member of Central Dumfries Women's Institute and also of the Blair-Doon auxiliary of Freeport Hospital. Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Norman (Harriet) Morton of Galt, Mrs. William C. (Agnes) Barrie of RR 4, Galt, Mrs. Sherman (Louisa) Smith of RR 2, Caledonia and Nellie King at home. The body is at Little's Funeral Home, where the funeral service will be conducted Thursday, at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Mount View cemetery.
