  At 11: 30 o'clock last night there passed away Mrs. Isabel Blain, widow of the late John Blain, in her 86th year. Deceased had been ailing for two weeks. The late Mrs. Blain was born in Lower Canada and has made her home for the past thirty years in Branchton, with her son, Mr. John Blain. The following sons and daughters survive: George of Galt; Mary (Mrs. George Coley) of Buffalo; Isobel (Mrs. George Hunt) of Halifax; John of Branchton; Agnes (Mrs. Geo. Ricker) of Branchton.
