  Man charged after hit and run that killed a Kitchener man The investigation into a fatal motor vehicle crash that killed 27-year-old Jordan Moorehead of Kitchener, has now led to a criminal charge against a male driver from Huron County. OPP say 55-year-old William Krotz of Gorrie has been charged with failure to stop at the scene of an accident. He will appear in a Wingham court room on November 20th. The crash happened back on September 22nd. OPP were called to the collision scene just east of Bluevale on Amberley Road. Emergency responders located an injured male pedestrian lying in the roadway. He was taken to hospital and as a result of his injuries, he died in hospital the next day. An OPP investigation determined the victim was walking when he was struck by a westbound delivery truck. The driver of the delivery truck failed to stop at the scene of the accident.
