- Mrs. Henry G. Ottman
Mrs. Henry G. Ottman, 69, of 126 Shoemaker Ave., died suddenly Sunday 1 at her home after a heart attack.
Born in Hickson, she was the former Mary Kipfer, a daughter of the late Mr.and Mrs. Nicholas Kipfer. She had lived in Kitchener for 50 years and was a charter member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church.
Her husband died in July, 1964.
Surviving are three sons, Wilfred of Kitchener, Robert of Buffalo and Roy of Hamilton; two daughters, Mrs. Carl (Mildred) Eby and Mrs. Orven (Betty) McPeake, both of Kitchener: two brothers, Amos of Buffalo and Seranus of Baden; four sisters, Mrs. Laura Litwiller of Kitchener, Mrs. Lawrence (Frieda) Zehr, Melinda Kipfer and Mrs. Herbert (Gertrude) Miller, all of Buffalo: seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. One sister, Amanda, predeceased her.
The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until Wednesday noon, when removal will be made to St. Stephen's Church for service at 3 p.m., conducted by Rev. A. J. Baetz. Burial will be in Memory Gardens.
Donations to the building fund of St. Stephen's Church will be accepted as expressions of sympathy.
