  lmer A. Poth, 62, New Dundee funeral director, died suddenly at his home on Monday. The late Mr. Poth also operated a furniture factory and store in New Dundee. He was secretary-treasurer of the Wilmot Area School Board and of the New Dundee Continuation School. In addition, Mr. Poth was President of the New Dundee Red Cross Unit, treasurer of the pubic library board and vice-president of the New Dundee Board of Trade. He was a member of King St. Baptist Church, Kitchener, and was a deacon in the church. Mr. Poth was preparing to leave for Michigan to attend the funeral of an uncle, Herman Poth, when he was stricken. His first wife Elsie M. Shantz, predeceased him July 26, 1941. On Aug. 30, 1944, he married Edith Schlichter, who survives, with one daughter, Mrs R. H. Dilworth, New Dundee; two sons, Earlmont and Kenneth, of New Dundee, and a sister Mrs Lincoln Cassel, New Dundee. "E. A.
