  Mrs. George Jacob NEW DUNDEE-The funeral of the late Mrs. George Jacob was held at St. James Lutheran Church on Monday afternoon following a private service at the family residence. Rev. A. L. Conrad officiated and chose as the text for his sermon, Heb. 11:10. Special music was rendered by a ladies' trio composed of the Misses Audrey Egerdee and Rudene Toman and Mrs. B. Boshart accompanied at the organ by Miss Grace Toman. The pallbearers were Lorne Koehler. Clarence. Howard and Earl Jacob of Kitchener, Hugh Poll of Roseville and Nyle Kochler of New Dundee and flower bearers were the Misses Rudene Toman, Jean Hallman. Audrey Fgerdee, Kathryn Hallman, Gwendolyne Rayfield and Ilah Egerdee Interment was made in the New Dundee Union Cemetery. The deceased passed away at her home in the village last Friday evening following a heart attack She had been in failing health for the past two years. Born in Waterloo township on Nov. 18. 1884, she was formerly Emma Koehler, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Koehler. She was married to George Jacob in 1908. The late Mrs. Jacob was a member of St. James Lutheran Church and of the Ladies Aid Society. Surviving are, her husband, one daughter. Reta (Mrs. Stanley Hitchings), two sons. Donald and Elmer all of New Dundee: two Frandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. John Poll of Ayr RR. 3. and Mrs. Jacob Dietz of St. Agatha: and 3, brothers, Charles of Kitchener.
