BADEN, Oct. 28. - Clara May Cook, wife of Albert Riehl, R.R. No. 2 New Hamburg, passed away Saturday afternoon at the family residence after an illness of six months. Mrs. Riehl, a daughter of William Cook and Rebecca Ann Guthrie, was born in Haysville on March 30, 1889, and therefore was 46 years of age. She attended the Church of England.
The parents, husband and four children, Ilene, William, Jack and Gerald, all at home, survive with three brothers, Andrew Cook, New Hamburg. Roy of German Mills, Ernst at Milverton, and one sister, Madge Cook, Haysville.
The funeral will be held publicly Tuesday afternoon from the home at two o'clock to Christ Church, Haysville for services at 2.30. Interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery. Rev. R. C. Pitts will have charge of the services.
