Married: Ida Regifski
George Hutchings was born in Brentwood England in 1888 and was a well-known Galt businessman. He owned and operated Hutchings Sports and Cycle Shop from 1929 until his retirement in 1970. He was one of the first members of the Galt Chamber of Commerce and was a veteran of World War I, serving as a member of the Royal Flying Corps at Camp Borden. He died on June 1, 1977 and is buried at Memory Garden in Breslau.
