      Henry Becker Called at His Home on Huron Road.

      The sudden death of Mr. Henry Becker, a well-known citizen of this community, occurred last Wednesday at his home on the Huron Road, as a result of the intense heat. The deceased who was in his 79th year was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church. He is survived by two sons, Edwin and Wellington who reside on farm near New Dundee, and one daughter Mine Alberta Becker at home. His wife predeceased him in 1915, and one son Arthur died as a result of an automobile accident in 1928. The funeral service was held from the family residence to the Lutheran Church on Saturday afternoon. Interment was made in the New Dundee Union Cemetery. Rev. G. R. Schults, B.A. pastor of the church and Rev. J. F. Forsythe of Salford conducted the services.
