  Meyer.- John G., was born at Zurich, Ont., May 31, 1902; died at Nithview Home for the Aged, Apr. 12, 1988; aged 85 y. He was married to Lavina Kipfer, who preceded him in death. Surviving are 3 sons (Russell, Orval, and Paul), one daughter (Ruth Halter), 13 grandchildren, one brother (Jacob), and 2 sisters (Pearl Brock and Iona Horst). He was prececed in death by one son (Carl). He was a member of First Mennonite Church. Funeral services were held at Ratz-Bechtel Chapel on Apr. 14, in charge of Glenn Brubacher; interment in First Mennonite Cemetery.
