• Notes

  John Dietz of RR 3, Waterloo, died Saturday at K-W Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was 87. Mr. Dietz was born at Rummelhardt and was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dietz. He farmed all his life in the Waterloo area and was a member of St. Agatha Mennonite Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Ida Wagler; two sons, Earl and Clare, both at home; one daughter, Mrs. Roy (Magdalene) Heyer of RR 1, New Hamburg; one step-sister, Mrs. Annie Cuseck of Toronto, and four grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers and three sisters. The body will be at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home until Tuesday noon when removal will be made to St. Agatha Mennonite Church for service at 3 p.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Donations to the Gideon memorial Bible plan and the western Ontario Mennonite mission board will be accepted as expressions of sympathy. The Kitchener-Waterloo Record 1967
