    • ALFRED (FRED) WEPPLER

      Coronary thrombosis brought about the death on Monday, May 7, of Alfred (Fred) Weppler at 115 Benton St., residence of his sister, Mrs. Gordon Flowers, with whom he made his home. He was 54 years old. He had been ill for two years. Born on Sept. 29, 1890, at Petersburg, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Weppler (nee Katherine Lautenschlager). He came to the city three years ago to work as a service man and salesman at the International Harvester Co. He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Petersburg. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Frank Martin and Mrs. Flowers, both of Kitchener. The funeral will be held publicly tomorrow from the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home at 2: 3 0 p.m. with church services at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Petersburg, at three o'clock. Interment will be in Petersburg Cemetery. Rev., C. A. Kramer, Wellesley, will officiate.
