  SCHWARTZENTRUBER, John -- Passed away peacefully, at his residence, 13 Hillcrest Lane Bridgeport, on Friday, Dec. 3, 1982, John Schwartzentruber, aged 87 years. A member of the Kitchener Gospel Temple, had been in charge of the men's bible class for 50 years. He was deacon and an elder of the church for many years, had been employed at Waterloo County Supplies Co-operative for 38 years. Very dearly beloved husband of the former Hilda Schmidt. He was the last surviving member of his family. Predeceased by his parents; two brothers and four sisters and his first wife, the former Ida Hamel. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 2 p.m. Saturday until noon on Monday, when removal will be made to the Kitchener Gospel Temple, where the funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., with Rev. Roy E, Upton officiating. Interment will be in Woodland cemetery. The Kitchener-Waterloo Record 4 Dec 1982
