  Roth, Solomon - At St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on September 15, 1981, Solomon Roth, Nithview Home, New Hamburg and formerly of East Zorra Township, age 96 years. Beloved husband of Amelia Erb (1975); dear father of Vernon of RR 1, Tavistock, Wilfred of RR 1, Tavistock, Lorne of Wellesley, Leonard of Baden and Florence of Kitchener; dear brother of Jacob of Ailsa Craig, David of Brunner, Christian of Bright, Mrs. Daniel (Mary) Lichti of New Hamburg, Mrs. Ezra (Annie) Zehr of Tavistock and Mrs. Joseph (Elizabeth) Kropf of Hickson. Lovingly remembered by 28 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by three sons and two daughters. Friends called at the Robert Krug Funeral Home, Tavistock until noon of Thursday, Sept. 17, when transfer was made to East Zorra Mennonite Church where the funeral service was held at 2: 30.
