    • Mrs. Arthur (Lottie) Seftel, 37, of 152 Dawson St., Waterloo, died Friday at K-W Hospital following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Seftel was born Aug. 5, 1915, at Waterloo, the former Charlotte Preiss. Her father, Samuel Preiss, predeceased her, but her mother, the former Lillian Moser, survives. Mrs. Seftel was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Waterloo. Also surviving are her husband, one son Bruce and one daughter, Jean, at home; and three sisters, Mrs. Sylvester (Beatrice) Schenkel of Kitchener, Mrs. Percy (Ruth) Heimpel of Bridgeport and Miss Cavell Preiss of Waterloo. The body is at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, Waterloo where the funeral will be held Monday at 2 p.m. with burial in Waterloo Mount Hope Cemetery. Rev. A.L. Conrad will officiate
