    • DIEBEL, Mrs. Olive - At the home of her daughter, Evelyn Powell in Kitchener, on Friday, July 24, 1987, aged 86 years, of 157 Snyder's Rd. E., Baden. Mrs. Diebel was a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Baden. Beloved mother of Jean and her husband Calvin Prachar and Evelyn and her husband Charles Powell, all of Kitchener; dear sister of Clarence J. Leiskau and his wife Fern and Ruth and her husband Harley Herner, all of Baden. She is lovingly remembered by her seven grandchildren. Rev. Thomas Prachar of Yorkton, Sask., Robert Prachar of Kanata, Linda and her husband Bruce Rodgers of North Bay, Lois and her husband Ronald Green of Kitchener, Brenda and her husband Michael D. Wiles and Joan and her husband Peter Trautrim, all of Waterloo ad Mark Powell and his wife Carol of Dorr, Mich.; her 10 great-grandchildren, Sarah, Edward and Anthony Rodgers, Cindy and Chad Green, Nathan and Crystal Wiles and Donald, Michael and Jennifer Powell. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward A. Diebel, in October of 1975; one brother, Harry Leiskau, in June of 1984, a sister, Leona, in infancy and her parents, Federick Leiskau and the former Amelia Mueller. Mrs. Diebel's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, after 7 p.m. this evening and again after 2 p.m. on Sunday. At noon on Monday, transfer will be made to St. James Lutheran Church in Baden for the funeral service at 2: 30 p.m. (Monday) with Intern James Koellner officiating. Interment to follow in Fairmount cemetery in Baden.
