  Mrs. John Holst - Funeral service was held Saturday at 2 p.m. for Mrs. John Holst of Baden who died January 4, 1967 at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, after a lengthy illness. The body was at the Bruce J. Omand Funeral Home until removal was made to Livingston Presbyterian Church, Baden, for service. Rev. L.S. Van Mossel officiated. Burial was in Memory Gardens. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be accepted as expressions of sympathy. Born in Minnesota, June 19, 1891, she came to Canada in 1899 and lived in Wilmot Township, Biggar, Saskatchewan, and Baden. She was the former Matilda Jantzi. She was a member of Livingston Presbyterian Church and past president of the Ladies' Aid. Surviving, besides her husband whom she married in 1913, are two sons, Walter of Baden, and Donald of Owen Sound; one brother Daniel of Vulcan, Alberta; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
