      WILMOT CENTRE Mrs. Christian B.. Jantzi, 85, of RR 2. Petersburg, died at her, home last night. She had been ill for four months.

      The former Barbara Wagler, she was born in Wilmot township, July 6, 1869, a daughter of the late Christian Wagler and Magdalene Zehr. Her husband predeceased her in 1939. She was a member of Steinman Amish Mennonite Church, near Baden. Surviving are two sons, Allan, at home; Aaron W., Wellesley; a daughter, Mrs. C. E. (Mary) Schwartzentruber, RR 2. Petersburg; a sister, Mrs. Jonathan (Mary) Jantzi, Kitchener; 11 grandchildren and 17 great- grandchildren.

      The body is at the Futher- Omand Funeral Home, New Hamburg, until 3 p.m. today when removal will be made to the residence where a short serv- ice will be conducted Monday at 1:30 p.m. It will be followed by a memorial service at Steinman Church at 2:15 p.m. Interment will be in Wilmot Centre Cemetery. Bishop Orland Gingerich will officiate.

Jantzi Born July 6th, 1869, in Wilmot Township Date of Death January 28th, 1955 Aged 85 years, 6 months and 22 days Services At her late home on Monday, January 31, at 1:30 o'clock p.m., thence to Steinman A.M. Church for service at 2:15 o'clock. Burial in Wilmot Centre Cemetery.
