- PHILAPINE RUTHIG
WELLESLEY, June 5 - Following an illness of three weeks, Miss Philapine Ruthig, 79, died at the K-W Hospital early this morning. Born at New Hamburg, Miss Ruthig was the daughter of the late John and Catherine Ruthig. She attended the First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Wellesley.
Surviving are two brothers, Herman, Lisbon; and Louis, New Hamburg; and three sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Schmehl, Wellesley; Mrs. Louis Wettlaufer, Lisbon; and Mrs. Amelia Kalbfleisch, Kitchener. One sister Mrs. Margaret Streicher, predeceased her two months ago.
The remains are resting at the M. R. Futher Funeral Home, Wellesley, where public funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon. Church services will be held at the First St. Paul's Lutheran Church at 2:30 pm. Rev. C. A. Kramer will conduct the services. Interment will be made in the Lutheran Cemetery.
