  Death of Mrs. Ann Mitchell: - The death took place at her home on the town line Wilmot, at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday morning of Mrs. Ann Mitchell, after a week's illness, at the age of 77 years, 8 months, and 19 days. Deceased was a daughter of the late John Mitchell and was a native of Devonshire, England. She was married to Wm. Mitchell who predeceased her about nineteen years. Mrs. Mitchell was a devout member of the Anglican church and highly respected n the community, where she had resided for many years. A family of five sons survive her, viz.: William of Wiarton, Frank of Bright, Gordon and Sydney of Stratford and Geoffrey on the homestead. The funeral took place on Thursday afternoon from her late residence to St. James' cemetery. The funeral service was conducted by the Rev. Thos. Hicks, rector of the parish.
