  Hugh Alexander McDonald GALT, Hugh Alexander McDonald, 10 Ann Street, Galt, died Wednesday, at Freeport Hospital. Mr. McDonald was born in New Dundee and had resided in Galt, for 46 years. He was a butter maker for the United Co-Operative at Guelph, Following his retirement seven years ago, he was employed at the Salvation Army Eventide Home in Galt. He was a member and a senior elder of Knox Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Bessie Irene Douglas, one son, Clare of Kitchener, one. daughter, Mrs. Murray (Margery) Armstrong of Calgary, Alta.; two brothers, Franklin of Plattsville and Walter of Preston and five grandchildren. The body is at Little's Funeral Home, where the funeral service will be conducted Friday, at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Mountview cemetery. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 14 May 1970 pg 27
