Notes - SIM, Dorothy M. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy May Sim (nee Sahli) peacefully in her sleep on December 1, 2018, at UH in London, in her 96th year. Dorothy was the loving wife of the late John (Jock 2016). Dorothy is survived by her children, John (Wendy) of Port Stanley and Janet (Ulli) of Germany. Dorothy was loved and cherished by her 6 Grandchildren: Jeff (Michelle), London; Joel (Jenn), SC; Jason (Tammy), Kilworth; Mandy (Colin), Woodstock; Victoria (Eric), Mt. Bridges; Heather (Comacho), Brantford; and by her 13 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents. Dorothy's focus in life was family, church, travel, friendships, and 35 years of volunteering with "Meals on Wheels" in London. She is also survived by nieces and nephews from Jock's family. Mom will be truly missed by our family. We are comforted in knowing that she's now reunited with our Dad. Theirs was truly a remarkable marriage. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
