- WELLESLEY - Henry H. Guenther, 80, of R.R. 1, Wellesley, died today at his home after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Wilmot Township August 14, 1883, a son of the late Mr. And Mrs. John Guenther.
He farmed near Wellesley all his life. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Philipsburg.
Surviving are his wife, the former Olga Kling, whom he married at Philipsburg May 31, 1911; a son, Lloyd of R.R. 1, Wellesley; three sisters, Mrs. Amelia Cook of R.R. 1, Stratford, Mrs. Edith Neeb of R.R. 1, Wellesley, Mrs. Austin (Lucinda) Neeb of New Hamburg and four grandchildren. Two sisters and a great-grandchild predeceased him.
The body is at the Futher Brothers Funeral Home, Wellesley, until noon Saturday when removal will be made to Zion Lutheran Church, Philipsburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 2: 30 p.m. by Rev. E. Riegert. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
