      WELLESLEY.\emdash After an illness of two years, Jacob Streicher, 86, a lifelong resident of this district, passed away at his home early Tuesday morning. Funeral services take place this afternoon. He was a farmer until his retire'ment, and attended St. Paul's Missouri Lutheran church.

      Predeceased by his wife, he is survived by one son, Jacob, at home, four daughters, Mary, at home. Misses Augusta and Clara of Kitchener, and Mrs. Walter Daub also of Kitchener, and two grandchilddren.
