    • There died at Josephburg on Thursday last Mrs. Jos. Gatschene, aged 40 years, under specially sad circumstances. She was born at St. Agatha, and was married to Mr. Gatschene some 14 years ago. They had a family of six children, but four of the died within the past year or so, two of them passing away last month. Although Amr. Gatschene had an unusually strong constitution she broke down under her great affliction and it has been known for some time that her end was near. The interment took palce at St. Agatha.
