  LICHTY, Wayne Clare -- Of Millbank, passed away suddenly, Monday morning, as the result of a car accident on County Road 11, Wellesley Township. He was born in Mornington Township 20 years ago, the son of Amos and Dorothy Lichty of Millbank. He was a member of Maple View Mennonite Church; sang in the men's chorus and taught Sunday school. Was employed with Home Hardware Ltd., in St. Jacobs, Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Fern and Marcia, both of Millbank, his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Lichty, of Wellesley and maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Chris J. Gerber of Millbank. Friends may call at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, Wellesley. The family will receive friends this evening from 7-9 and Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9. At noon Thursday, May 19, the remains will be removed to Maple View Mennonite Church for the service at 2: 30. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Alvin Leis and Rev. Jacob Roes officiating. Surviving are his parents, 2 sisters (Fern and Marcia), and his grandparents (Mr. and Mrs. Chris J. Gerber and Mary Lichty). He was a member of the Maple View Church, where funeral services were held on May 19, in charge of Alvin Leis and Jacob Roes; interment in the adjoining cemetery.
