  STOCKIE, John W. - At K-W Hospital, on Monday. Nov 3, 1986, aged 86 years, of 98 Erbs Rd. F. St. Agatha. Mr. Stockie was born in Wellesley township and was a son of the late John Stockie and Emma Dietrich. He was a member of St. Agatha RC Church and the Holy Name Society; he was retired from the Children's Village in St. Agatha and Hoffman Meats Limited, Kitchener. Beloved husband of the former Lucy Moser; dear father of Marlene and her husband James Fritz of RR I. St. Agatha, Marianne and her husband Calvin Shantz of RR 3, Harrow, James and his wife Janet of RR 1, Milverton, and Deborah and her husband Douglas Metzger of Linwood. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Linda, Wendy, Shelley, Tim, Dan, Randy, Jeff. .Janice, Jennifer, Jody, Bradley, Amy, and Tracy, and his sister, Mrs. Emma Mosburger of Kitchener. Mr. Stockie's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo. after 7 p.m. this evening (Monday) and again after 2 p.m. on Tuesday. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:15 a.m., followed by the funeral mass at St Agatha RC Church at 10 a.m., Wednesday, with Rev. Gene Tyson officiating.
