  WALKER, Gordon C. -- At Durham Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, October 18, 1978, following a lengthy illness, Gordon Carl Walker, age 70 years, of Durham. Beloved husband of the former Irene Lorenz, who predeceased him in March, 1974; dear father of Douglas of Route 1, Williamsford, Mrs. Delores Pantalony of California; brother of Lloyd of Toronto, Mrs. George (Alice) McMillan of Guelph, Mrs. Harvey (Hazel) Bowman of Lindsay. Two grandchildren, Susan and Jim, also survive. Predeceased by his parents and one son. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. today. Funeral and committal service in the chapel on Saturday at 2 p.m., with Rev. Fred J. Roberts officiating. Interment Mount hope cemetery Waterloo. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 19 Oct 1978
