  HAMMER, Pearl (Mrs. Theodore J.) On Wednesday, Oct. 11, 1995, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Pearl (Knechtel) Hammer, age 90 years, of Elmira. Beloved wife of the late Theodore J. Hammer. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents, Henry and Mary Ann Knechtel. Pearl was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Elmira, and was a resident of Chateau Gardens for the past number of years. Friends may call at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, today (Friday) 7-9 p.m., where funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Richard Frey officiating, followed by interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery.
