  David Litwiller of Preston, a public school teacher for 40 years and well-known throughout this district, died Sunday at Hamilton General Hospital following an illness of four months. He was 64. Mr. Litwiller was born March 4, 1895, in Wilmot Township near St. Agatha, a son of the late Rev. and Mrs. Christian Litwiller. He taught at Perry's Corner, New Dundee, and for 24 years was principal of Pine Grove Public School near Preston. He retired about two years ago. He was a member of Alma Street United Brethren Church, Kitchener. Surviving are his wife, the former Nellie Hilborn whom he married in 1927 at New Dundee; one son, David of Waterloo; one daughter, Mrs. Henry (June) Buchholz of Rochester, Ind.; one sister, Mrs. Moses Jantzi of Baden and four grandchildren. Three brothers and four sisters predeceased him. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon with service at the Alma Street United Brethren Church, Kitchener, Rev.
