  Mrs. Henry Wagner - A highly esteemed resident of Philipsburg passed away at her home on Saturday, March 11th, 1939, is the person of Mrs. Henry Wagner, at the age of 79 years and 10 days following an illness of four months duration. Deceased's maiden name was Wilhelmine Eulenstein and she was born in St. Louis, Missouri. Since her marriage she had been a resident of Philipsburg where her husband, the late Henry Wagner carried on a wagon making business. She was a faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church at Philipsburg, and beloved by a wide circle of friends. Surviving are three sons, Herman, of Philipsburg, Helmuth of Waterloo, and Arthur of Dayton, Ohio, and two daughters, Mrs. John Busch of Fort Frances, and Mrs. Otto Weideman, of Detroit, Michigan. The funeral took place on Tuesday afternoon with services in the Philipsburg Lutheran Church and interment in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. G.R. Schultz, pastor of the church officiated. Kitchener Daily Record 13 Mar 1939 ______________________________________ After an illness of almost four months, Mrs. Wilhelmina Wagner, 79, died today at her home here. Mrs. Wagner was born in St. Louis, Mo. Her maiden name was Wilhelmina Eulenstein. Deceased attended Zion Lutheran Church in Philipsburg. Surviving are three sons, Herman of Philipsburg, Helmuth of Kitchener and Arthur of Dayton, Ohio, and two daughters, Mrs. John Busch of Fort Francis, Ontario and Mrs. Otto Weideman of Detroit, Mich. Private funeral services will be held at her late residence on Tuesday at 2 p.m. followed by public services at Zion Lutheran Church at 2: 30 p.m. Rev. G. Schultz will officiate. Interment will take place in Philipsburg Cemetery.
