  BARNES, William Thomas (Bill) Passed away peacefully at Lanark Heights Nursing Home on Monday, October 25, 2010, one day before his 85th birthday. Beloved husband for 55 years to Thelma (nee Stafford). Loving father of Greg (Kim) Barnes and Heather Stone (Vic), all of Kitchener. Dear brother to Dennis (Norma) Barnes of Sarnia and Doris (Dennis) Hilker of Kitchener. Pre- deceased by his parents, William and Rose Barnes. Bill was a faithful member of St. Georges' of Forest Hill Anglican Church, a member of the Ontario Geneology Society and retired after 32 years as an auditor in the taxation department (Kitchener) of Revenue Canada. The Barnes family will receive relatives and friends at St. Georges' of Forest Hill Anglican Church on Saturday, October 30, 2010 from 9: 30 a.m. until the memorial service at 11 a.m. Father Don Davidson officiating. Cremation has taken place and the interment of Bill's ashes will be held in Williamsburg Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Georges' of Forest Hill Anglican Church, or the Grand River Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
