    • Wm. H. Stauffer, a son of P. M. Stauffer, of Plattsville, was accidentally killed in the works of the Electric Bleaching Company at Niagara Falls, N. Y. Deceased was born in Blenheim Township in 1878. He is survived by his parents, two brothers and a sister.

      The funeral of William Stauffer, who was accidentally killed by an explosion in the Electric Bleaching Co.'s works at Niagara Falls, N. Y., was held from his father's residence here last Sunday. The late Mr. Stauffer had resided in Niagara Falls for 20 years. Last summer he spent several weeks in Plattsville renewing old acquaintances. Besides his father he leaves one sister, Mrs. Wm. Thibideau, of Wilmot township, and two brothers in the West.
