  Esther B. Baumann, "the sixth and youngest daughter of Joseph D. Baumann, was born in Woolwich Township, December 22nd, 1856. She is married to Moses, son of Samuel and Magdalena (Gingerich) Reist. They reside about a mile north of Elmira where he is engaged in farming. They have a family of five children" Eby, Ezra E. (1895). A biographical history of Waterloo township and other townships of the county: being a history of the early settlers and their descendants, mostly all of Pennsylvania Dutch origin: as also much other unpublished historical information chiefly of a local character.
