  Death of Mrs. D. Barber. Mrs. David Barber (nee Miss A. Moore), passed away Thursday morning at 6.30 o'clock. Deceased took a old some time ago which resulted in complications causing her death. She was in her 69th year and had lived in Hespeler a long time, making many friends who will greatly mourn her loss. There survive the following children: Mrs. Fred Coughlin, Mrs. ..Jardine, Mrs. Gus. Huether, Mrs. _at. Jardine all living in Hespeler: Mrs. Harley Bevan and Miss Edna in Winnipeg, and Miss Clare and one son Cyril, at home. She also leaves two sisters, Miss Jane Moore of Hespeler and Mrs. Culvert of Guelph, and one brother, John of St. Thomas. The Chronicle Telegraph 14 Nov 1918, p. 10
