- Solomon Baumann, "the third son of Henry B. K. Baumann, was born July 17th, 1821. On March 7th, 1843, he was married to Mary Stauffer. He died January 2nd, 1869. His family consisted of nine children, namely: Emanual, Isabella, Henry, Isaac, Catharine, Elizabeth, Mary Ann, Peter, and William, the youngest, who lived in the township of Hay, Huron County, where he died."
