  DIED IN SPOKANE Many New Hamburg friends regret to learn of the death of Mrs. Werner Brodrecht, a former highly esteemed resident of this town, who passed away last Friday, January 27th, at the residence of her son, Dr. John H. Brodrecht, in Spokane, Wash. Last March, Mrs. Brodrecht was smitten with pneumonia, which left her an invalid, suffering from heart trouble ever since. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, Mr. Werner Brodrecht, one daughter, Mrs. George Ford, and one son, Dr. John H. Brodrecht, all of Spokane. Also four grandchildren, Jack Ford and Margaret, Helen and Barbara Brodrecht, The funeral was held on Monday, January 31st, to Riverside Park Cemetery and the funeral service was conducted by Dr. Wm.
