    • Levi Baumann, "the eldest son of Henry Baumann, was born in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, February 24th, 1816. He came to Canada with his parents when nine years of age. He was married to Magdalena, daughter of Peter and Barbara (Guth) Burkhard. She was born December 21st, 1821, and died September 15th, 1884. He died September 20th, 1894. They resided in the township of Woolwich, about two miles north-east of Heidelberg. They have had a family of twelve children"
