Notes |
- Hugh writes on 1861 May 25 of being told his brother Robert, drowned in the mill at Glen Allen. They had the funeral on 27th in Hawksville, went back to Roberts house & took the children and small items to MacPhersons. On the 28th Hugh got the affairs kind of settled and moved rest of the things. Fast forward a few years to Hughs entries when living in Chandos Twp he enters on 1871 Mar 11 "Duncan MacPherson brought David Caldwell, son of brother Robert & Agnes MacPherson".
