  • Notes 
    • The death of Mr. E. Cairncross which occurred suddenly at his home in New Hamburg last Saturday removes one of the most widely known and respected business men of this section. He had just passed his 70th birthday. A wide district was represented at his funeral on Monday, several business men from here being among the number. The remains were interred at Shakespeare.
