  A-2-3 James Sudden Letters of Administration of the estate of James Sudden, late of the Township of North Dumfries, Yeoman, deceased, on the petition of Jane Sudden, of the Township of North Dumfries, widow of the said James Sudden, on giving proof that the said James Sudden is dead having died on or about the 9th June 1858 after first having made his Last Will and Testament, bearing date the 29th May 1858, a true transcript whereof is to these presents annexed, such Will being wanting in the appointment of Executors. Dumfries May 29th 1858 James Sudden this day consented to have his Will made and his two sons each one is to have the half of the farm, North parts of Lots 15 and 16 in the 8th concession, 120 acres south part of lot 15, - 65 acres and stock, when the youngest is of age, and if all the deed is not paid up, and both of them is to take equal share of the Deed and his wife is to have one hundred dollars y early as long as she lives, and to have part of the house if she is willing to stop : and the daughters is to have one hundred dollars each Margaret Sudden, Elizabeth Sudden, Catherine Sudden, Jane Sudden, Ester Sudden, Isbilia Sudden, Mary Sudden: and both of his sons is to take this Deed upon them, Robert Sudden and William Sudden his sons, and to have twelve years after his death to pay their sister's shares without interest.
