  Rudow, Mrs. Elsie - On Tuesday, Jan. 31, 1984, at K-W Hospital, aged 73 years, of 17 Herbert St., Elmira, Elsie Payne. Beloved wife of Milton Rudow; dear mother of Ronald and Marilyn Rudow, both of Elmira; grandmother of Ronda, Sheryl and Robert; sister of Mrs. Edith Gurr of Dutton, Ont. and Arthur Payne of Waterloo. Friends and relatives may call at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, after 7 p.m. today, where funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, Feb. 3 at 2: 30 p.m. with Rev. Howard Guse officiating. Interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery. Donations to the Ontario Heart Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. The family will receive their friends tonight, 7 - 9 p.m. and Thursday, 2 - 4 and 2 - 9 p.m Kitchener-Waterloo Record, 1 February 1984
