  John Reichert, "was born in 1771. In 1800 he and his brother, Christian, moved to Canada. He settled in Markham Township, York County, about thirty miles north of Toronto, on what is now called Yonge Street. No information received in regard to his family and descendants." Eby, Ezra E.
