    • Mrs. Clara Henning Hummel

      The death occurred of Clara Henning, wife of Frank Hummel, Queen street, Preston, yesterday afternoon in St. Mary's hospital, Kitchener, following an illness of some three months duration. While Mrs. Hummel appeared to he improving of late, she suffered a relapse resulting in her death. She was born in Preston 56 years ago and had lived here for her entire life. In religion she was a valued member of St. Clement's R. C. church. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Anna Henning of Preston, her husband and two children, Esther and Frank, three sisters, Miss Beatrice, Mrs. Florence Coletto of Cleveland and Mrs. James Toban, town and one brother Frank Henning of Detroit. Arrangements have been made to hold the funeral on Thursday morning at nine o'clock, from St. Clement's church, with interment at the Speedeville cemetery. Rev. P. J. Meyer will officiate.
